I AGREE

edit: Looks pretty good. I laughed pretty hard at the generic "Irish Pub" t-shirt at 1:50, though.

Thanks for pointing out that the embedded video doesn't play CMcMahon. Doesn't work in yours either though. I edited the OP so it just includes the link.

After "Gone Baby Gone" I will watch an Affleck directed film. Even on that film they did not play up his name as director. But he is very capable at it.

And this film looks good so far.

Looks good, Affleck has found his calling methinks, and Jeremy Renner can do no wrong as far as I'm concerned.

Looks interesting. I could care less if Affleck is the director or not. If a movie looks good, has an interesting premise, and there is nothing in the trailer that jumps out of place in terms of the concept of the film, then I'm not gonna harp on the film just because its not directed by some uber-director.

Plus, actors often make good directors since they've been on the other side of the camera, and know what its like to have the lens staring you in the face. Say what you want about Mel Gibson's crazy streak, but the man sure made a damn smooth transition from actor to director. Same with Clint Eastwood (minus the crazy outbursts).

looks like he recruited the Paul Thomas Anderson All-Stars: shot by Robert Elswit, cut by Dylan Tichenor. I'll see it.

although i think there should be a new rule: if you're not from Boston, you can't do a Boston accent.

Looking forward to this one, although I'm afraid tht the trailer is going to be better than the actual film itself.

This is what I'm afraid of, I've been duped too many times by a great trailer but I'm willing to get duped again as this trailer looks good(fingers crossed).

And I had no idea he directed Gone Baby Gone, I enjoyed that movie. And I think Gigli will hunt him for a long time to come, if he keeps making movies like this new one then the unforgiving audience might slowly begin to forgive lol, I just wish I could have those 2hrs of Gigli back.
