Just brought mine home from the good folks at Professional Video and Tape here in town (well - Tigard, but close enough). I had a pre-order with Abel, but they just didn't get enough cameras in to fill it, so I called my local dealer on a whim today and asked if they had any in stock. He put me on hold for a minute or so, then came back and said, "Well, you might just be the luckiest person on the planet. We actually have one left!" I quick emailed Abel and said thanks for your help, but I tracked one down elsewhere, then jumped in my car and picked up my new camera! Down side is, I have to finish a few editing things before I can play with it. Up side is, I should fly through those few editing things with motivation like this waiting for me!

UPS didnt deliver mine today due to the snow, so i went down to their distribution center waited in line for an hour and finally got my af100

Ordered late january from B&H

My Impressions: First two days.

with Nikkor 70-200 f2.8 VR, Novoflex Adapter, Redrock FF, Redrock Rig, Shoot35 Gears,

How are you finding the Nikon 70-200 with the AF100? Are you getting the horizontal image shift when pulling focus, like the Nikon 80-200? I'm pretty keen on getting one of the Nikon zooms.

Just tried all my lenses out: (10=no shifting, 1=a lot of shifting)

Nikon 70-200mm f2.8 VR (4-5 years old): 10
Nikon 17-35mm f2.8 AFS (5 years old): 9
Nikon 50mm f1.4 D (5-7 years old): 8
Nikon 35mm f1.4 AIS (1 year old): 1

It seems 'new designed' lenses do not shift while 'old designed' lenses do.

Ordered camera Dec 30 from B&H got it today with adaptor for my Nikon Glass.

I opened the box today and the adaptor for my Nikon glass was not put in the box with the camera like B&H said on the
E-mail packing slip. The e-mail said it was all sent togather under one UPS tracking number the box had plenty of room to put the adaptor
but someone at B&H fumbled the ball and not package the adaptor. I wonder how much of a hassle it is going to be to get this worked out with B&H now?

Heavy G, I'm very interested in seeing some shots from your camera with your Digioptics lens package. I have the red 18-50mm and wish that I would have purchased the 50-150mm DigiOptics lens wile it was still available at B&H.
What Pl mount are you using and are your witness marks lining up or will you need to shim it?

I'll be 'using' it on Monday during a shoot with 3 HVX's - Not really as part of the shoot, we'll just be trying different settings to see what we get. So far though the lenses look really nice on screen… or is the camera? Right now I have the Ciecio7 PL adapter, and without shimming it's hitting the marks bang on. It is shimable; there's another thread on that somewhere here.
Ciecio7 has another PL mount coming out shortly that is 'adjustable' whatever that means, since this one seems to be adjustable already.

So glad that I picked these lenses up before they were delisted.

I did call customer service on Sunday morning talked with Israel.
Told me he would talk with the warehouse today.
I told him I would even be willing to go with a Bower adaptor.
He said I should get a e-mail today Monday telling me what is going on
and what was going to be shipped today. Sorry to say I never got a e-mail from B&H today
as I was told would happen today.

It turms out B&H could not provide the adapter that has been ordered since Dec, 30 and was supposedly
sent with my order. After talking with Henry today and being told he had no adapters in stock for Nikon to M4/3.
I asked him to issue me a credit and I would locate one from another source.
After a 30 second search and another two min. to place the order I now have a Nikon to M4/3 adaptor on the way.
Thanks for at least calling me Henry.

Preordered mine from Spec-Comms mid January, received camera yesterday. Tried it out with my Nikkor 50mm/1.4....amazing

1000 apologies to Henery P and B&H.
My Nikon to M4/3 adapter was found tucked under the flap of the shipping box.
It was in a little pocket that had formed in the bottom of the box under the flap.
By the time the box had gotten to me the bottom of the box was almost soft like fine leather helping form the pocket. I am amazed that it looks like the only thing to get lost in shipping was the packing slip.
Once again my apologies.

Bob
