I'm a little surprised by that Stefan, what do miss about the F3? I can't think of any advantages it offers over the F55, either aesthetically or ergonomically.

@Grug: well, you know, the F3 almost looks like the F55 with 2k OLPF - and i must admit that the F55 with my Movcam Cage, Movcam Power Distribution,
Solid Camera EVF Support, Walnut Handgrip, Alphatron Viewfinder, Parallinx Arrow, BAtteries and soon Redrock Microremote is simply heavier than the F3 ;-)
i'd love to have one again a B-cam or for low payed Jobs just pulling it out of the backpack and shoot...

F55 is a real beast though, and i really wonder if i ever need a bigger cam.

Ah, well with that setup I can understand why it would start to get heavy! Were you using those same basic accessories: power distrobution, EVF, handgrip, wireless transmitter and remote FF with your F3?
 
I love the shooting etc of the Garmin stuff.. but mainly it looks a bit grey.

Those lovely blue skies, are just not saturated - sure it is a 'look' but doesn't seem quite pulled off.

I cant put my finger on it, proper movies are often desaturated or off colour, but still seem 'legit' in a way that this lot does not..
