Yeah, I planned on recutting the opening. In fact, I meant to shoot it when I was doing the one for Bobby. But, I forgot to grab it at the time. May have something to do with the fact that I had about 30 takes for that opening! LOL! And I cut most of it due to time! Plus I shot a CU version that I was going to cut into that opening. (Didn't need it though).

So, without a director or any crew, I just wasted too much time re-shooting and re-shooting that opening and then moved on without grabbing the opening without the mention of Bobby.

I actually thought the other day that maybe I could do a bit of ADR and replace the word "Bobby." I had an idea of what I'd say to lip sync that... Don't remember it right now.

Easy enough to just re-shoot it.

And yeah... I would like to put a short collection of these together and send them around. Hell, why not!

I do have quite a few recipes that I have "created." I could do an entire series on my BBQing alone.

I tell you, it was really fun to shoot and cut together. And I really like the pace of the one that I just produced. It really flies. I think that I would try to keep them all like that.
 
Hey Ted, I wanted to thank you again for overnighting those wings to me man... they were SO good!!! I really appreciate that. Like you said, all I had to do was heat them up and they tasted like they'd just come off the BBQ... :beer:

hee hee hee... I was actually thinking of DOING THAT! Sending the Fat Monsters a batch of wings. I even eluded to that in a PM to Mark. Hmmmm... I'll let you know when they're on the way... then you can cash in on some wings!

Well, my video is sitting in NYC. I am very nervous because I just watched "Throw Down with Bobby Flay" (first time seeing him on TV! LOL) and the episode was on BUFFALO WINGS! And he was challenging the self-proclaimed WING KING of BUFFALO NY!

WTH??? Yikes! They're not going to be looking for another Buffalo Wing Show!!!

TED! Those wings looked DELICIOUS!!! Your video was very professional and i LOVE the title treatment with the fire and flames. You kept me interested and sped the process up when needed. Very very cool.

I'm going to go buy some wings and use your recipe tomorrow night.

Yo Ted man, that sounds EXCELLENT! -- I've got a lot of trips planned for this year. (one to canada, one to california) -- but assuming im smart enough with my savings... which has yet to be determined ;) then i will pencil in a trip to hang with you and work on your crew. ive NEVER been to the east coast and would be DELIGHTED to come hang with you, man.

You can't depend on it being warm here until July. (and then it is over by mid August. :dry: )
