The Little Things: Poem Adaptation

That was very well done! At first glance, one may think it's a bit too contrasty, but what really pulls you into the chosen aesthetic is that it's consistent in the look throughout the entire video, not once making it look like a "mistake". The skin tones are excellent, the cinematography is excellent, it really has a very grand emphasis throughout. It reminded me quite a bit of Terrance Malick's The Tree Of Life. The only single negative I might add is that the transition "burnouts" do seem just a tad "Windows Movie Maker" and while I've always enjoyed those types of add-ons, it's something in the pace of them in this video that makes that effect feel a little pasted or slightly out of place. Maybe they happen too often in this video, or not enough, I can't pinpoint why they don't feel exactly right - I just get this feeling that the effect would need a little tweaking if say this was a blockbuster film.

Also, while I enjoy how consistent the contrast is, after watching it a couple times, I realize that there is a bit of difference between the indoor shots and the outdoor shot in terms of color - the outdoor shot is orange-hued while the indoor ones seem violet-hued. Not a huge noticeable difference, doesn't ruin anything, but it's just stuff that's worth practicing around with and all. Like with the woman's face, there's a large shot of her, but when it zooms into her eyes, the eye shot is more natural hued and matches with the outdoor colour better, where as the larger shots of her seem just a bit violet and seem to give the shot just a tad of color bias opposite to what the outdoor shot established. But of coarse, it all could have been your own personal choice too, in which again, the video truly is excellent.
