Not bad at all. You had some good acting. Some of the shots seemed kind of dark and next time I would incorporate some over-the-shoulder shots when you have two people in the scene. The action with the car and the fight were okay, but I think if you ramp up the speed just a little bit (10-15%) in certain spots and punch up the sound, it'll be A+. Good story though with a nice twist.
