The Greatest Miracle

I have set un an audition with someone I wasn't able to meet who before last auditions was my first choise, so I'm not looking on this as a bad thing, I'd rather have an actor who can understand what he is acting.
 
went to see a Church in Fremont today, it was nice, and they seem more than willing to allow the shoot, I'm going to see two more tomorrow and I'm auditioning another actor for the lead tomorrow.
 
went two two Churches yesterday, one in Oakland, it was absolutly beautiful, but not really right for the film, they shot part of the film Bee Season there, this Richerd Gear, they gave me the Priest gave me a thumbs up on shooting there. also went to a Church in Orinda Ca, not much further out, and omG it was perfect. The will have a meeting about it on Monday night so I will no by Tuesday if its a go to shoot there.

no matter where we shoot it looks like we've gone from a weekend evenings shoot to a weekday daytime shoot, which will make it harder to get everyone together, but its really the only times any of the Churches are avalible to the production.
 
My location got green lighted, will be shooting in a Catholic Church in Orienda California. beautiful place. once I saw it I knew thats where it had to be.

A beautiful Church. I can think of a few incredible scenes I could shoot there just from those pics.

I can't wait to see what you do with it.
 
thanks Brandon, now what we're shooting in the daytime on week days, I've lost a few crew members and maybe one non lead actor, so the race is on to find crew members who dont work on mons and wens, or who dont have class. I have a feeling i may end up with a mon crew and a wens crew.

luckely Huy and Alan are both free to shoot all four days.

any one in the Bay area willing to help?
 
loosing crew right and left, I'm down to me, Huy and Alan on all 4 days, and RyanT coming on the 2nd and 10th, is anyone in nor cal available nov 3rd 5th 10th and 12th, from 830 am till around 6pm?
 
Wish I could get off work to help you Jason. The film idea you shared with me sounds amazing. I can't wait to see it. Remember... Hypercam for fast dolly shots! Here you are with the rig. I was so pleased to meet you. :)

thanks Gary, I'm looking forward to using it on set, sadly its to heavy for my disks to handle so Hoy will have to double as the hypercam op, it seems to be a really cool design.



ps to any op, can someone move this thread into userfilms. I'm no longer in twilight, but I'm still making the film
