the EGG series - chain mail video experimentation come to life !

Ok everyone. I am so sorry, but I've had some things come up that have really taken up my time. My first short film was accepted to a film festival in Long Beach, CA. So, I've been trying to get promotional materials and a cleaned up version of the film for them to screen. I won't be able to finish the episode that I was working on. Someone else can have episode 8. I apologize, but I found out that I was accepted to this festival a few hours after commiting to doing the episode. I didn't realize how time consuming it would be. I apologize again.
 
Briceman. It doesn't have to be a full 3 minutes. Just make something short. You may confuse others if you cut out on making this episode 8. Just make something quick and comitt !
 
Episode 8 is up. I really didn't have much time to do it. But, it was fun making it. So, enjoy :) And thanks to my friend Daniel for starring in it.
 
It looked great. But I was a little confused by the last half. And the egg doesn't get passed on. It just stays in the room.
 
It is supposed to be a flashback. So, it would still be continuing from Ep. 7 for the next person.
The ending is supposed to be that the other agent, the guy's partner is killed by the egg. I am really sorry if it was confusing,

Ah, that's what I thought but I wasn't positive. I'm claiming Number 9 of the series so the more info the better.

Oh, btw, is that a frog I hear in the audio?
 
Yes it is a frog in the background, I'll let you all in on a secret. Most of this footage was shot a year ago. It was originally shot for something else. But, I thought I could adapt the monologue into something interesting for the "Egg Shorts"
 
Update on Episode 9. Finished the script and have begun shooting. Never knew eggs were under Union rules :cheesy:
 
Cool episode... Neat twist at the end with the dog and stuff... Speaking of which... I think the whole egg/dog thing has gone a little too far... It just isn't that entertaining anymore... Just my two cents... We gotta bring the egg back to it's journey in this world... And not this complex canine/egg thing...

Heh, yup, that's why I wanted to twist it up a bit. Maybe the next episode will throw us onto another tangent.

Dang, I hope there isn't a problem. I know several others have watched it. If you would like to save the movie locally, be sure to click one of the format links (wmv or mov) first and then you can save from the viewing page.
 
For some reason I couldn't connect to certain sites for a few hours. But once the connection was back Egg #9 was the first thing I downloaded.

HansK - I liked the cotton clouds. And that was a very clever twist at the end. Didn't see that coming. Should be interesting where it goes next. Oh, congratulations on 1,000 posts!!! :) Good job on the video.
