The Bridge < New Short

I enjoyed that. Thanks for posting. I checked out your other work on youtube too. You seemed to of come along way. Congrats on your progress. Only wish I would get out there and make things happen as well.

very NICELY done! good story and great camera work dude. Only thing I'd say pay attention to at this point is your Foley and Sound Effects. Since your composer is still working on the score, you still have time to add those in before you finalize the sound mix.

The sound would make such a difference, especially when dude drops the axe, tosses the apple, even when the Man in Suit appears behind him.. some audio cues to back things up.

Apart from that, fantastic job and I look forwasrd to seeing more of your work.

thanks for watching guys! I am still working on the audio department, so i hopefully that will solve those probs. again thanks!

I loved it! Very well done...
Interesting story as well. It seemed a little soft looking but I haven't viewed the QT yet. I'll do that later and report back.

Well done!

What kind of equipment did you use? Cam and mic?

here we go again....Canon XL2, and Audio Techina AT897? (something like that), edited on adobe premiere pro 2.0. Bogen tripod, and thats it.

ah!! I liked it! I think the music was amazing and was anxious to see who scored it. Then.. i just read it was temp until the score was finished. :(

I think I'll have to watch it again to fully understand the short. The "Demon" reminded me of "Office Space", OH Face guy. (except skinnier) :)

anxious to see the final version and thank you for sharing.

NOTE: Music is temp til the composer is done..

I too own an XL2. I am having problems getting that "film" look and you did it wonerfully. I honestly didn't think there was a chance in hell that you used an XL2, but to my surprise, you did!

Can you give me some tips on how you achieved the look? What kind of setting did you use on the XL2? Did you use an adapter?
