Just wanted to give a big THUMBS UP and THANK YOU to Tim of IndiSYSTEM for going above and beyond to help me out.

As I was traveling to the USA for work, I decided to order the indiRAILSpro DSLR and indiFOCUS20 from Tim on March 10, to be delivered to an address in the USA. I tried to call him to confirm the order and request for expedited shipping, but didn't manage to get hold of him till the 16th, 1 day before I was going to leave.

Tim was very apologetic about not shipping out the order earlier, and told me he'd ship it to me back in my home country (Malaysia) at his expense... and I just got it today! :thumbsup:

So... thanks Tim and IndiSYSTEM and I'm going to be ordering more gear from you when I can afford to! :happy:

PS. (Playing with the gear now, but it's all well made and put together. Looks very professional and solid.)
 
I made an order of the indiSLIDERmini ,not a sign yet for almost a week...

Can't reach him on the phone, and no answer for email.

Where its located? US? looks like it the wrong number that I am dialing? getting wrong number message...

Would have been nice to get better communication.

He did reply me when I emailed him on how to set up the IndiFocus20, and said:

"P.S. Am in the midst of changing over my cellphone--reason no emails."

So... maybe you need to wait a bit? He's located in... Iowa, IIRC.
