Test 7D, and Nikon lens, hand held

I wanted to see what the 7D could do hand held, medium light, with a Nikon 28mm lens.
(obviously it won't auto focus with the Canon, so I wanted to test out the ability to manually focus as well. In camera audio. Basically an out of the box camera with Nikon lens)

I forgot my mounting plates, so i just used the 4 inch riser connected to a swivel plate that connected to the camera.

Although okay, I think I will only use a DSLR for single shots where I need/want shallow depth of field.

I prefer the HMC150.

Some of those shots look like the jerk pan of a bad tripod and some don't move up and down at all. Are they all really hand held or were some shots sitting on something?

Kit, some were resting on a monopod I forgot my connecting plate for quick release, so could not mount anything.

the hand held shots were on a 4 inch riser that was connected to a swivel plate that was on the camera.

None on tripod.
