C200: Tell me why; C200 or AU-EVA1

With regards to official sample footage from EVA. Will there be a set date when all sample videos become available or is this up to each geographical region to produce demo footage and set a date?

Is inventory built up to serve expected demand or will there be cameras trickled out over time?

EVA1 movies will be shown in NY on 9/11, LA on 9/14, at IBC on 9/15 and then released to web on 9/15.

We're building them as fast as we can and trying to build up a stockpile for initial deliveries, but we also are seeing a huge preorder demand. Best move is to get in your preorder with your preferred reseller.

Thanks Mitch. Is there a release date set yet for the actual camera?

We have an internal date but I don't like to put that out until the factory double or triple confirms. Some little annoying thing can cause a slight delay and then everyone gets all upset. Been burned before.

Had one product delayed because at the last minute someone insisted that the warranty card included in the box had to be on yellow paper so release was delayed a week while new ones were printed and then inserted into hundreds of boxes.
