1. Can you mix HD from a t2i with SD footage from a DVX? Or is this impossible?

2. Can the T2i record 720 at 24fps, or only 1080?

3. Can it shoot SD at 24fps?

How do you mix the footage? Too bad about the rest, but I guess it doesn't really matter.

You'd either have to downres your T2i footage or upres the DVX's to match your choice of edit timeline. Most NLE's can do this automatically for you on render.

So would I just use a standard 23.98 timeline, and just edit DVX and T2i footage together? There's no real process to doing it?

Depends on your NLE software. FCP should handle that fine.
