Hey Guys,

Check out a teaser for a short film I recently shot on my HMC150. I didn't use a lens adapter at all, but instead created the depth of field in post with after effects and magic bullet looks. Let me know what you think.

Beautiful. Wonderful look! And very clean encode... what is your secret? I never get anything so buttery smooth and clean looking. Always looks too "compressed" for my tastes. But yours? Awesome
 
Will try that next time! Love the look you gave your trailer. When is the full version coming? Or will there be a full version?
 
Thanks for the feedback! Definitely keeping your camera set on the highest quality record mode possible (PH) is a great first step in getting a clear image.. I did color correction on these clips that involved diffusing the image, so that gives it an even smoother and softer look than the footage straight out of the cam. The actual film is still in post-production but is set to premiere next month in Toronto.. I'll keep you posted!
 
Beautiful work. I was amazed that footage that looked this good came out of the HMC (nothing against the Hmc of course lol) Really awesome stuff!

And Toronto eh? Where abouts?
