:crybaby: I have a new DVX100b, total of 81 hours. Unfortunately i have encountered two disturbing problems on tapes i am shooting.
a. Time Code break appears in a few spots of one hour "Sony premium" tapes i am using.
b. Image glitches for a few seconds. It looks like horizontal stripes through the entire frame.
Any ideas of what is wrong?

about 50 hours or so. But the main point is not to change tape. stick to one brand and stay with it. Changing from wet or dry tapes ,dirtys the head even within 2hours of use.
