Tamron help

Hello i just orderd this adapter:

My plan is to use this adapter with tamron 28-70 i havent got the adapter yet but i now feel very unshure about this adapter, how will i do to change the apenture? with a ring on the adapter? culd someone please help me out?

Is there any better adapter out there that will work much better? (dont really care about the price, just want it to work )

or is there any better lens (2,8 zoom all the way) that works better with gh1?

The description says for "G" lenses and that "you can change the aperture through this adapter", so you should be golden. It's probably the type with a ring you grab and turn, as opposed to the thumbscrew design. I have one like this from Jinfinance, and it works great. You have to turn it carefully, because it runs through the aperture VERY quickly... Meaning you can quickly twist it and go from almost closed to wide open in the blink of an eye.
