Forget whether or not the ruined field is a fake or not....where the hell is it that the roads they drive on are only 1 car wide?

And every now and again some have slighter wider roads:
Avenida 9 de Julio in Buenos Aires... 16 lanes wide.
I've been there many times, and I swear those lane markers are just painted on for decoration.
Maybe this guy was from Argentina and just used to being able to move in that wide of a space?
