T2i T2I Video Glitch Error?

I've been around but mostly lurking and getting help from other posts..but this one forced me to ask. Got a t2i with Magic lantern and if you check the video below you'll notice that
every now and then I get these horizontal glitches through my video...I've deinterlaced and everything?

Any idea?

Also could someone hook me up with the best Final Cut setting to export to 720p HD for Youtube.

Looks good. Nothing really pops out as glitchy to me, but maybe I wasn't watching close enough..can you point out a time where it happens?

Here's what I used to export for 720p streaming sites:

For videos longer than a minute I'll slide the quality slider below "High" and for under a minute I'll push it a bit over "High"
