T2i in stock ?

Some stores in Sweden has done a price increase of 100 euro this week on the 18-55 bundle. Hopefully this is just a demand-thingy and not an actual raise from Canon.

Just a HEADS UP to anyone not able to find the T2i locally.

I stared in disbelief today, yes it is hard to believe but I kid you not, WAL-MART here in Tucson had the T2i in stock with the kit lens at two different locations at a cool $850. Check out your local Wal-Mart, I was pleasantly suprised.

I purchased my T2i at a local camera shop and it was a pleasant experience but I might have reconsidered had I knew about the Wal-Mart option.

seriously? you would rather buy from Wal-Mart than a local camera store?

i know biggs camera here in charlotte had it just the other day when i was in there. they only had it kitted with the 18-135, so it cost a bit more. i think they said something like $1049

In the UK I noticed the 550D was back in stock on Amazon, so I ordered it and the camera arrived last Wednesday. Been experimenting with the settings this week using some manual Pentax lenses (have the kit zoom as an 18mm wide). Camera cost £695 with the lens.
