THe fast focus changes are jarring to me. Are you using autofocus on the camera? I can tell as it hunts. You might need to practice more manual focus adjustments. Good cuts though, you did a good job with the interview going on while switching to B-roll. Some background music through the rest of the interview would have been cool also. One more thing, I think the white balance, at least on my computer, looks a little warm, everything is a bit yellow
