T2i T2i/550d 1000fps Footage

I know this isn't a native shooting situation, but it is amazing what you can get out of the T21/7d/5dmkii with the right plugins. Here is something I shot at 60p with a 1/1000 shutter speed, brought into FCP and using the Twixtor plugin, got some pretty remarkable stuff. You would have needed a lot more expensive rig a few years ago to get these production values.

Thanks for posting. Sold! :) I've been planning to buy Twixtor for a while...this validates that decision.
 
Very nice video.

Did you add the vignette effect or is that something inherent with using Twixtor or shooting 1/1000?
And also, is there a faint circle (halo) around the riders? How did that get there?
What kind of lens did you use?

Sorry for all the questions. I'm an amateur. Thanks for the info!
