T21 for architectural/real estate video

We're adding a T2i to our gear (primarily HVX users) to do HD real estate videos.

Is the kit lens "good enough" for quality results or is there something more appropriate?

FYI will be using with a steadicam merlin or glidecam if that matters.

Thanks in advance for your input.

The following link is an example of the kind of result we're hoping for http://tinyurl.com/4alc9me

The tokina is beast! I never really take it off when doing real estate videos.

Some of the shots in that video look like they where shot with some kind of slider. I use the Indislider Mini.

If you can get the steadicam or glidecam balanced right you can get some really good stuff. I had trouble with it in the beginning.

Looks like Tokina wins! IndieSlider is an interesting idea. If you could get either the indieslider or the glidecam hd2000 which do you think would give more artful flexibility for real estate vids? (granted the Glidecam is much more money but still curious)

I think the t2i camera and kit lens is fine for pro work. While I do NGO informational videos..the only other lens I have added is the 50mm 1.4
