Syncing 7d and 5d II footage

[NewYorkLion]

Hey All,

Ok, has anyone figured out a solid workflow for syncing 7d and 5d footage? A friend of mind is a 5dII shooter and wants to use my 7d as Bcam, but we are trying to figure out the best way to sync. anyone have any hints?

if you mean syncing for multicam, what about a clapper board, or a play a timecode clip from your iphone?

exactly. is there an easyish way to convert the 5d's 30p to 29.97? or 23.98?
