C300: Switronix D-tap cable not powering camera

Has anyone had issues with a Switronix D-Tap to C300 cable?

LED's are lighting up when hooked up to Batteries4broadcast gold mount battery, but camera gets no juice. I've checked the DC input on the camera, and it works via wall power.

Ii'd imagine this means there is a problem with the cable, and I should send it back to Switronix.

I'd be very careful if I were you. I bought the wrong Dtap power cable for my C100 at B&H (bad advice) and it blew my motherboard. Cost me a $700 repair and worse: I lost all my favorite settings.

My guess would be a manufacturing/Quality Control issue. If possible you should try with another cable first before doing the return process.
BTW: I've had very good experience with Switronix equipment so far.

Polarity is what you need to watch out for.

I ended up just sending it back for a refund, and bought a Anton Bauer gold plate...which works fine.
