What if any are everyones favorite sub $100 stablizers for video. I am specifically looking for a stock design that holds it to ones shoulder, but is portable enough to not be tethered to you body and can be transitioned to another device (tripod, monopod, hands) etc in a fairly quick manner.

In the past I have used a monopod with head folded at 90 degrees with various camcorders, but the form factor of the GH1, I think requires something more robust for video.

I came across these three on ebay:

This one looks to be fairly light weight....

While slighly more than the $100 price point, it has potential due to it's adjustabliity.

I like this one, but it looks to be all metal and could be heavy.

In the end my old stand by of a monopod might be best, but finding one with a fluid and smooth adjusting head that is under $100 and is short enough colapsed (less than 17-inchs) to fit between my shoulder and camera position with out being out of reach may be hard.

Does the Manfrotto adjust? it looks short, plus I sort of like the idea of having a forehand brace under the camera, although being right handed don't think I could shoot with right hand up on camera and left on foregrip.

---Never mind, just Googled it and realized it is a stabilizer for a mono-pod, so it actually might be worth a look. instead of mono pod you could possibly install a fore-grip and it does seem to be extend-able.---

I like it!!! It is rightup near the top of my list now, although I have to admit that the Manfortto stabilizer now has my attention at a $125 street price.
