FS7: Success with Commlite Adapter

Hi I have the commlite on my sony canon a7s for optical ring, the problem is that diafragama control only works in video mode, photo mode is that the iris at its maximum aperture, someone happened to him?

I've been using the Commlite adapter with my a7s for about 5 months now. Up until a couple of days ago I would have said, "it's fine, save your money" But after the lens lost contact with the camera out in the field, I took off the lens and found that two of the screws were halfway out. It was literally falling apart and if I didn't notice it when I did, I probably be out of a lens right now.
I've had problems with Metabones but they never fell apart on me.

Has anyone used the Commlite with a Sigma 18-35mm f1.8? Can you control the iris with it?

I tested the commlite with Tamron 150-600 mm, nothing worked good. No IS no AF, and only a bit of aperture control.

The metabones adapter 4 works better, some sort of AF and aperture control is much better.
