GH1 stuttery slow motion

I can not get smooth 60p to 24 conversion... it always is very stutter once I conform it to 24, does everyone else experience this?
 
it was a shutter issue... supposedly if you are at 1/50th it will kick it to 30 frames within the 59.97 timebase giving you doubled frames so when you do the conform in cinema tools it looks like you were just slowing down normal speed footage. Kick it up to 1/60th and its fine... but best to go as close to 180 so 1/125th
