7D Stupid question - view memory card space in camera?

Hello all. I worked a shoot this weekend and I was trying to view the remaining space on my CF card, in camera. I could have sworn that in the menu, somewhere you could view this. Where the hell has this display gone? Or was it never there?

I normally go to the format options in the menu. It will tell you how much is left on the card.

I do the same, but I'm constantly freaking out that once there the psycho inside me might hit the wrong button and go "format" instead of "cancel"...

The "possible shots" value still displays on the top LCD during movie shooting. While it doesn't correspond to any exact measure (Mb or seconds), so it won't tell you if you have enough time to make this take or not in a borderline situation. But it will give you a general sense of how full the card is (e.g. 1/4, 3/4, holy crap we just barely got that last take in).
