Student discounts?

[DavidD]

IS there a list of reputable places that offer student discounts on camera's, lights etc?

Never heard of student discounts on these items; just software and computers.

Items for sale... you'll only really find software and computer stuff like David mentioned. Rentals, however, that's a whole nother story.

actually I believe manfroto or some really nice tripod company offers student discounts. I'm not exactly sure who offers the discounts, but they sell lighting, tripods, etc. I seen a poster on campus about it. The next time I'm on campus in the equipment room I will check.

Actually you are right, manfroto offers some discount. Sekonic offers discounts as well I believe. If you're into photography hasselblad too.
