Streamclip Question...

Even though I have Neoscene, I'd like to give Streamclip a test.
I'm on PC.
My question is: When converting to AVI, which is the best codec and/or parameters to have a file that can be edited in Premiere without ruined my footage?
While writing this thread I'm converting with JPG2000.

All suggestions welcome.

Thanks

Streamclip was never designed to write to AVI. It is DREADFUL at it. Use Neoscene and save yourself a lot of headache. The only time I use Streamclip is when I need to make .MOV files. It's useless for .AVIs.
