Woah, what did I just watch? Some of these shots are rrreeeeeeaaaallllllyyyyy loooooooooooong........... and then repeated. I think I kind of got the whole production/reproduction thing... I think? If you wanted to frusterate the viewer, mission accomplished. And Im not sure, maybe it's because it was in .swf flash format, but some shots seemed really dark. As far as an art form goes, I don't know art, but I know what I like. This was probably just over my head. Others might have more to say, but for me, I'm mostly just confused.

Some of us just do not work for MTV... And movie on the web can be a mean to express ideas and concepts that just do not fit TV screen and the darkness of a theater.

nice work. I agree w/ the Baraka comment...

Really interesting shots to choose... what did that machine produce?

I'm obsessed with the culture, and after watching most of your street films, i want to move to japan and make movies with you. I like the way you archive life. Haunting, but real. Television has programmed most of us when we were little to be accustom to quickness. I'm not sure why, maybe the faster/quicker things are, the more life we live? I'm not sure, but you give the viewer a nice deep breath. Also, whoever writes the music for your videos has some serious ambient talent.

The real machine produces cakes.

The machine is a symbol for the eternal cycle of rebirths, controlled partially by a God but totally fueled by the same human beings, obsessed by mechanical patterns.
