Here is a music video that I spent about 4 months putting together with a small team. Spent many hours doing the stop motion and building sets, but even still we could have used so much more time. Anyways, here it is!!! Let me know what you think :)

Okay, here are the issues. And I'm just giving my honest opinion.

The song itself is very repetitive, so it gets tired quick. The singer and DJ aren't interesting to look at because they're very still and the lack of eye catching sceneries makes things a bit dull. The video effect on the singer is tough to watch and the light effects don't help either. I like the idea of the stop motion, but the doll and scenery are kinda plain. I'm not saying it needs to look like a Tool video, but more work can be done there.

Technically, I think you can do some good stuff, but you need to be more creative with set design and action. If the song itself isn't all that thrilling, you gotta wow the audience with something more visually entertaining.

Don't mean to come down too hard on ya. Just trying to help.

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. Yeah I understand what you're saying, I too kinda wish that I was able to do more unfortunately we only had a budget of $100 for the entire video which was pretty much enough to build the puppet. But yeah, I get what you're saying thanks for the honest feedback! :)

No probs.

Budget issues are the worst. I shot my last music video for about $1000, and even that wasn't enough to do what I really wanted to do. Sometimes you just gotta cut corners and call in a lot of favors.
