Stop Motion Animation on GH1?

Is there a way to shoot stop motion on the GH1? Not as individual pictures that you'd have to put together later, but ones that will be assembled into a clip automatically (the way the HVX does it for example)?

thanks!

Sadly there is no way to do this. I would like a similar feature for time lapse photography.

There are some very easy ways to reassemble the photos later. If you are on a mac and have quicktime pro (7) you can open a folder as an image sequence, set a framerate, and save as a video file. Takes 2 seconds.

for this reason, Windows7 was NOT my idea.

I used to love having QT 7 Pro- then I got my new Macbook Pro and there is no QT Pro anymore. You can't do much with this new QT. Is there another 2second way?
thanks!

Quicktime 7 (with all Pro features intact) should be located in the Utilities folder that resides within your Applications folder. If it is not there, insert your Snow Leopard disk, or whatever machine-specific 10.6 disk came with your MBP, and click on "perform additional installations" and it should be there.
