My Canon charger is being wonky. When plugged in with a battery attached, the charge light blinks. The manual indicates this is an issue with the charger and recommends unplugging, removing the battery and replacing it, then waiting "a while" before plugging it in again. So far, I've had no luck. Has anyone experienced this problem?
