GH4 Still hope for better external recording in future update

Based on some comments from Panny and tweets from Atomos, etc. it seems like there is activity around a future update with video improvements, and specifically around higher quality external recording.The issue seems to be getting confused by mislabeling RAW as 4:4:4 and vice versa, but something seems to be brewing.

Equally important is stop/start recording from the camera to the Atomos. Currently this does not exist.

Not that important in my mind, as internal camera recording is disabled when using 10 bit mode. I really don't care where the start stop button is. More important in my mind is.... Where is the Atomos Shogun?
