Man, the iTunes thing has been a huge generator of emails to us...lots of folks finally discovering the trailer.

Ahem...it's officially ON!!

Distributor engagement has begun and it's running hot right about now.

That's all I can say at this point...cross those fingers for us.

Thanks,

Martin

Ha! My secretary will take your information and I'll get back to you at my earliest convenience :)

No, I'm reading your script, need to block off some more time to get all the way through it.

I'll get back to you soon.

Peace,

Kholi,

meant to say this previously but your company's latest short "Damage Done" looks great. Nice cinematography and music too. Excellent.

All...

Must go silent for a little while...I encourage you to keep checking out "Battle" as a trailer and FREE MIXTAPE (still don't see how that ain't a hotter download despite it doing pretty well)...but I'll have an update down the road. Don't worry...all positive...I just can't discuss at this point.

Thanks for all those who've supported thus far and everyone else, it ain't too late to jump on the thread :)

Peace,

Martin

Ah! This is where I missed it! Thanks again, dude. Will pass on the good will to Sam B.

Hope the new news is definitely what you're looking for. I actually hadn't any idea indies could get their material on Apple Trailers, rest assured I'll be trying to copy you in the near future!

Any updates Martay?

Sure, I actually can't discuss details but we're close to an agreement for North American distribution for Battle

We're knee deep in prepping all the deliverables right now. I'll put out an official announcement when I can but as of now, anything official must be coordinated with the distributor once it is final. The good news is that it will find a decent release.

On a side note, we're actually still working on the sound mix and a few more music cues (the distributor saw a rough cut) before the film is final but we're pretty close to that being done (I for one can't wait to show the cast, crew and friends the final version).

So, we're obviously very excited, we just can't SHOW it yet :)

iTunes views and Netflix queues still help us out, so please continue to spread the word those of you that have.

I appreciate the interest Kent and everyone who's been encouraging of us on this thread, we do appreciate the support.

It's no Duece of Spades or Stricken thread but lots of y'all must have gone out and seen the trailer as our numbers have been really good (iTunes, YouTube, Vimeo)...so thanks dvxusers and forgive me if I can't disclose much for a while as I definitely appreciate those who do and I intend to be as forthcoming as possible when I can.

Thanks,

Martin

I wanted to share the good news about one of our cast members:
E Roger Mitchell was named by the Critics at Creative Loafing as Best Local Actor...
http://clatl.com/atlanta/best-local-male-actor/BestOf?oid=2121044

The award is certainly deserved, he's an excellent actor and tremendous professional who brought a lot of charisma and depth to a key supporting role in "Battle"...and he's a great guy as well.

So, wanted to toot his horn a little here.

Deal is Done for U.S. & Canada!!

Much work still to be done. Leads on foreign distribs are welcome :)

Well, we've got a whole slate of possibles but haven't pulled the trigger on one yet. Plan for a spring production though so we'll likely be in Pre-Pro mode right after new year!

Thanks, hope Superseeds is going well.
