Hi Guys... Just got my cam.... am really busy learning it but I have a question..... Does anyone have a Standard Def Set Up? I dont have the option to test at the moment.. any help would be appreciated

Your question is a little vague; We use our HPX370 in SD 480i60 DV mode all the time, works great.

Thanks Mikko.... I know that I have scene files for SD in my HVX's ... but different chipset, lens etc.... I thought a regular 370 user y have recommendations for good sharp images..... Im shooting outdoors with a cloud and arri 2000 kit. just an interview... thoughts?
 
Aah, scene file settings...

I haven't really tweaked ours very much at all. We shoot TV news, so stock F1 has been fine for us.

Hallo Ron! I use an European version of the 300 and i shoot SD in 576 50i or 25p.I use a stong scene file but i really like the result. I use coring at +5 ( or +4 ),detail at +3,ped at -10 or -20,chroma level 2,chroma phase 1,gamma low,knee low (i don't use DRS),matrix SD Norm o NORM2, skin detail off,vertical... thin.You can choose to apply a tint effect in post for desaturate the picture, if you want.
