Stacking Filters

Which one goes on First.. CPL or ND.

Here is what I think.. Im Using 100x100mm or 4x4 Glass Cpl on the Mattebox, and an 4x4 Lee Resin ND... Now the Lee filter (cpl has a Stamp on the Upper Corner of the Glass, This Faces out from the Camera right?) ok and If I remember Correctly the Little paper that Came with the Filter said not to Place any Filters in Front of the CPL Right? I dont Remember so Please Any Advice would Help.

Example.. Camera lense---ND---CPL with Yellow Stamp Facing out..... ?
 
That said, the more you stack, the more chance you have of getting dirt specks and flairs.

But if you gotta stack, you gotta stack. Other then ND first, you should prolly experiment with the order - you might end up with a cool effect with one combo vs another....
