You know it! Thanks man.... I am excited for this opportunity. It's a long primary season here in NH and the candidates are always here. I hope that there is more work for me doing this!

Why is it that I suspect that Obama's crew are monitoring this thread and are now out trying to hire a new lighting guy for their candidate?

damn... Hillary's baggin' on me!

Turns out that the guy that does all of Hillary's advances had a couple of "teams" on standby to do this. (This all happened last minute so I guess he had a bunch of calls out.) He called my buddy and regretfully announced that one of the other teams called to confirm the booking.

But he did say that he would use us in the future. We'll see.

Glad to see you're gonna be putting something together for SpyFest. I've been slacking lately on getting to dvxuser, so it wasn't until right now that I had the time to sit down and read all 35 pages here! (Although it was more of a browse, and less of a read). I don't wanna leave the house anyway since the Griffith Park fires are clogging traffic. (Blocked traffic in LA, what else is new?). Anyways, just wanted to pop in and say "Hi". Good luck on the short!

Yeah, thanks Matt. I'm bummed but feel confident that another opportunity is going to come up. There is so much campaigning going on in this state... and that is not always a good thing (unless I am profiting from it! :) )

I appreciate the "pep talk!" No worries... I am having a blast with Spy Master. I can't wait to see my actors again. It's going to be tight!!!

I read in another thread that you are in SpyFest. That's awesome. I don't remember which thread that was in at the moment... it was several weeks ago I saw that. But I told the filmmaker to say "hello" to you from me. I hope that you got the message.

Yeah, man... I just saw that fire on the news tonight. Wow. I immediately thought of all my new friends down there in So Cal. Sounds like it may be a long fire season for you all. Geez.... I hope nothing to serious.

True. I got hooked up on a short film called "Sorry", and in fact, Caroline was make-up on this short as well. I saw that you found the thread after all. I got to play an assassin, which was pretty cool. I could change the avatar, but I think I'll stick with "Hollywood" for awhile.
 
damn ted you've been busy. I loved the rig for mounting the camera to your car, and the cop stop video. Good luck in your short, but I don't think you need it.

Im good Ted. Just busy working, and trying to get my girlfriend settled. She moved here from turkey, so i have trying to make her comfortable and feel safe in NYC. She is adjusting well and likes her apartment.

I have been working doing lots of Corporate work, which pays well but is somewhat boring. I wanna Shoot Music videos. thats my end of summer goal. to Direct/DP a music video.
