Spring - A Digital Short

Hey guys,

Just got my lens mount for my Zeiss primes for the 550D! So excited. Shot this little video on my walk home from work last night during 'magic hour'.

Some shots are a bit shaky... need to learn how to shoot a bit more smoother. Edited in FCP6 with 3 way colour corrector... 35mm Zeiss prime lens.

I'm hoping to do a series of digital shorts to help build my reel and show potential clients what my camera gear can do.

Any suggestions of what to shoot next would be good! And any constructive criticism is welcomed.
 
I also shot a follow up video the next night, this time in 720P 50FPS... my lens doesn't have IS sooo some of the shots looked a bit shaky to me.

I shot another project for work and was very concerned with the shakiness of the majority of the shots because I didn't have a tripod on me at the time. I then used SmoothCam and was pleasantly surprised at how it smoothed out my footage! I've never been sold on that filter, but this last project has made me a believer. I might post that project once it's shown this weekend.
