GH3 spot on rokkor 35 70

Hi, recentrly i bought a md rokkor 35 70. I haven t using a lot, so today i concentrate on it a while and i find out a spot.
Is is quite evident

what can i do to clean?

I have the same lens ( for GH3 ), but I find to slow, and not enought of zoom range.. I was able to find MD mount Sigma 28 -70, f2.8 ( constant )..which better set my needs.. Mechanically it is not up to the Rokkor ( it was old stock and it already have little play in focus ring )..but optically same sharpnes, better range and faster.. I paid 150€ for it 6 month ago..

to tell the truth i am not satisfied also with this lens.was the one much expected, but for the fast try i had too soft.expecially wide open really to soft.i have the mc50 and md135 rokkor which are much better for defintiion. i am considering to change it...you say sigma is better?
 
yes..Sigma is better and farr more practical..

Other rokkor lenses are very good indeed ( like 50mm 1.4 and others )..
