splitting audio without fcp?

i've got a weird clip that doesnt have audio when brought into fcp, but when i view it in quicktime the audio is there. i had two lavs on chanel 1 and 2, but if i export the audio as aiff from quicktime it converts it to 2 chanel audio and has the room audio from 3 and 4 mixed in with it.

any suggestions? i just want audio from track 1 and 2.

nevermind, figured it out. used the view properties and then extracted the audio chanel
