Sound off sync

Recently i shot a short film with my A1 in HD 16:9 in the 24F mode. Shots look amazing quality is crystal clear along with the sound. When i review the tape everything is in sync but after capturing the sound slowly becomes out of sync. For some reason even if i do sync the footage to the sound it eventually becomes slightly off again. I captured the footage on final cut HD express the first time and it was like this then attempted to capture it on premier where it was the same deal. Is this something with the format in which i am capturing because it cant be the camera, its perfect on the tape. Anyone that can help me out on this i would greatly appreciate, it was a major problem that was hard to deal with and i am shooting another short within the next couple of weeks. Thank you.

this happens more often then you'd think. I've had it happen with a z1 and my xha1 on my imac and laptop. rarely happens on my PC. I figure its due to some lag in the harddrive speed when capturing long clips. the way around it for me was to capture the clips in shorter snippets.
