A well-cared-for, 1st-generation Sound Devices MixPre-6 with accessories.
This recorder has been a solid workhorse for SFX field recording, a great recorder for smaller video productions, and an all-around champ for versatile travel use. When minimizing sound kit size is important, this has been my go-to. Connect a lock box such as a Tentacle Sync and it can utilize time code for sync with camera and slate.
It’s in excellent condition and includes the original packaging. Also included are a PortaBrace AR-MIXPRE6 field bag with padded leather shoulder strap, an MX-L battery sled for dual NP-F L-mount batteries, and two NP-F type batteries. These two batteries can power the recorder for up to a full day. *No charger included.* The PortaBrace wrap/bag includes pockets and straps for wireless receivers, time code boxes, transmitters, etc.
$650, PayPal only. Price includes PayPal fees and ground shipping to lower 48.
