Both the body-only systems and the kit with the 18-105mm lens. For anyone who doesn't have a collection of lenses to bring to the party the 18-105mm is a solid starter lens. It's a constant f/4, so no ramping aperture. And even for people with a collection of Canon or Nikon glass you might consider the lens kit because the 18-105 does have a small servo zoom motor in it.
