sony Dvc HD tapes on XH A!?

Best case scenario is to use the same brand of tape and stick to it. I just can't really be bothered doing that, I'll always go for the cheapest pack of tapes and I've never had a problem. Only problem I have is when I re use tapes.
 
I use Sony tapes exclusively, and they seem to work fine. Its just important that you don't mix tape brands because different brands leave different types of residue on your heads, and they don't mix well.
