Just wanted to post my quick .02 on the Sony CLM-V55 monitor cause I know it got some pretty negative reviews regarding it's ability to resolve reds in the display. Well, I've seen this a little bit, but I'm not really concerned and for the price I'm not really expecting a true color callibrated monitor... and what I believe that I've gotten now is a complete and total deal changer for shooting both with my GH2 and also with the HMC150. This is due to a few factors. 1. It's so small and compact that it's become a part of my regular kit. It's so easy to keep in my camera bag and the batteries and everything work so well.. it's just a breeze to use and totally convenient. 2. The ability to punch in on the image magnification is awesome.. and lastly, and the biggest deal changer is the 3. Peaking. The peaking on red on this monitor is absolutely awesome. When I've shot with my 150 it really is amazing and cuts out any of the guess work on the focusing and even more so with the GH2. It's made rack focusing so much easier and I just simply love this feature.. espeically since the LCD still work when this is hooked up.

The 70 dollar battery lasts about 5 hours and that's also great. simply love the monitor. I'm sure the Marshall and the SmallHD are great too, but I'm trying to be Scottish in my purchases as of late... It's also so much better in terms of functionality over the lilliput and it's really not a lot more money.
cheers.
