Sony a7S II - Flange Focal Distance

I own the Sony a7S II and using it with the Metabones Canon EF to E mount (Vers. IV) and some old Nikon glasses (attached with a cheap Canon EF to Nikon F adapter). I realized that it is impossible to focus to infinity, seems like the flange focal distance is not correct with this setup. Any ideas to get this working properly?

Chances are it's your EF-F adapter. If it's more than 2mm thick, that's your problem...

Yes, either one of your adapters is a bit too thick (quite likely) or the lens is wrongly assembled (it has happened to me several times with vintage Leica glass: someone has opened it for cleaning, and has assembled it wrong).

It's thicker than 2mm, bummer. Do you know any EF-F adapter that might work?

A single adapter is almost always better than stacking adapters. Thankfully, a good Nikon/NEX adapter doesn't have to cost a lot. Here's one that's been working quite well for me: K&F Concept Nikon/NEX adapter.
