Sony A7ii vs. A7Sii

I've been trying to find comparisons but I could not find much talk about these two cameras. I'm mostly finding people comparing the A7i to the A7Sii, or the A7Rii.
Not much about the A7ii. Is this camera not as good? Not as popular? The main difference I am seeing between the A7ii & A7Sii is that the 'S' has 4K, 120 slow motion. And different photo options?

I will be using the photo mode as much as the video mode (Underwater)
But only photo mode on land. So, a fair bit of both modes.

*I do not need the 4K. If I could shoot 4K and have it downscaled in camera to 1080p, that would be better, but I think thats only possible on an external recording monitor.
*I NEED to be able to focus quickly and shoot moving subjects (Animals). Which is one negative thing I've been hearing about the A7Sii. Great video, poor photo. The reverse goes to the A7Rii, but Im not sure about the A7ii, and how it compares.
*Low light/low noise is a must as its mainly for underwater use

For the low light underwater in 1080p, I'd recommend A7s. For 4K, should the need arise, one can always use an external recorder, which run as low as $1,000 these days (Shogun Assassin). Photo res isn't as great but the sufficiency factor will greatly depend on where you publish those 12 MPX stills.

The A7Si?

I HAVE to have a mk.ii version, of any on of these cameras.
The underwater housings only support mk.ii versions.
So, I cannot have the A7Si.

Hence the A7ii / A7Sii comparison

I have an A7ii, mainly as a still cam but did shoot this vid for my band on it-

I knows thats not a comparison, but it's some extra footage for you to see at least :)

I like the camera overall. ibis is helpful as i use vintage lenses (canon fd). Moire can be quite bad at times, which wouldnt be a problem on the a7sii. Rolling shutter is very good on this model however !. I used an original a7s once and the rolling shutter was 10 times worse (subjectively)
