C100: Some ProRes HQ weirdness when exporting to H264 in CS6

Worked on a shoot last week, recorded ProRes HQ at 24p from my C100 onto my Ninja Blade as usual. Footage looked great when played back on my timeline in Premiere CS6. The client wanted me to export a copy of the edit to H264 1080p, which I did. I played back the exported edit in Windows Media Player, and it looked perfect. But when my client used QuickTime7 to play it back, he contacted me and told me there were jumps and stutters in the vid. I loaded the image up myself in QT, and sure enough, it looked like frames were repeatedly/regularly being skipped. But, strangely, the vid plays back A-OK in windows media player.

I went back and looked at a few of my other past projects in QT, and it does the same thing on those as well.

Is this a QT issue? Or some weirdness with the way QT is reading the exported H264 file from my ProRes timeline?

This might be more of a question for the NLE forum, but I figure a few of you guys use this workflow. Anyone seem similar issues?

Looks like a combination of video driver upgrade and complete QT deinstallation/reinstallton solved the issue. Weird one.
